Ali Fazal was born on 15 October 1986 (age 35 years) in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He debuted with The Other End of the Line (English) and 3 Idiots (Hindi).
Ali Fazal made his Bollywood debut with a cameo appearance in 3 Idiots in 2009. His first success came in Fukrey (2013).

Ali Fazal started his acting career with a romantic comedy film The Other End of the Line in 2008.
He made his Bollywood film debut with 3 Idiots in 2009.
In 2011, he appeared in the romance film “Always Kabhi Kabhi” though the film was proved to be a box office flop.
He becomes popular with the “Fukrey” (2013) in the lead role.
In 2013-2014, Ali appeared in Baat Ban Gayi, Bobby Jasoos, and Sonali Cable Hindi movies.
In 2015, he appeared in Khamoshiyan, Cheers, (short film) and For Here Or To Go? (Indo-American film).
