Priya Sachdev is an Indian model and an Indian American businesswoman.
She was born on 21 February 1976 (age 48 years) in New Delhi, India. She also appeared in many Youtube videos. She has a daughter named Safira Chatwal and a son named Azarius Kapur.

She was born to Ashok Sachdev, chairman, and managing director at THE SACHDEV GROUP (TSG). She has a brother Harpreet Sachdev and a sister Charu Sachdev.

Priya Sachdev was married to millionaire hotelier Vikram Chatwal of New York. Their wedding cost an estimated $20 million, spanning across three cities in India (Mumbai, Udaipur, and Delhi).

Priya Sachdev was brought up in Delhi and studied at St. Agnes High School. She completed her under graduation at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
Sachdev graduated with a BSc—double major in Mathematics with business management from the University College of London (UCL) in 1999.
Career
Sachdev began her career as an investment banking analyst – M&A at UK industries at Credit Suisse First Boston in London.
In 2003, she returned from the UK to India and joined her family business TSG Pvt. Ltd., an automotive business dealership in North India for Ford, Hyundai, and Toyota.
In 2003 Sachdev founded Harpreet Insurance PVT. Ltd. In 2008 she opened the multi-brand store, ‘Kitsch’ at DLF Emporio Mall in Delhi.
She also launched luxury mono-brand boutiques for Lanvin, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Stella McCartney, and ‘Marc by Marc Jacob’ in New Delhi.
She also established Love Moschino at the UB City Mall, Bangalore.
In 2014 Sachdev along with her sister, Charu founded the e-commerce venture – “Rock N Shop”.
In 2017 she took on the position of managing director at Sona Autocomp Holding Private Limited.
In 2018 she assumed her position at the helm as group director, of corporate communications internal & external, Sona Group.
She has acted in television commercials and appeared in the Yash Chopra movie Neal ‘n’ Nikki.
She has also appeared in a few Punjabi music videos, such as for Jazzy B’s song “Soniye”, and Jassi Sidhu’s “Ama Ni Ama”.
