Anand Ahuja was born on 29 July 1983 (age 35years) in New Delhi to Priya Ahuja and Harish Ahuja. His father, Harish Ahuja, runs one of India’s largest export house, Shahi Exports, and Anand is the managing director of it. He has two younger brothers- Anant Ahuja and Amit Ahuja.

Anand Ahuja met Sonam Kapoor in late 2014.They were always open about their relationship and pictures of Anand and Sonam together were seen at public places and family event.

They tied the knot on 8 May 2018 in the mansion of Kavita Singh in Bandra, Mumbai. It was a traditional Sikh ceremony that was attended by their family members and close friends.

School & Career
Anand Ahuja did his schooling from American Embassy School, New Delhi. He did his Bachelor of Science, Economics, and International Relations in 2007 from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.
He had pursued his post graduation in MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA, but somehow he couldn’t complete it.
He did his internship with Deutsche Bank and worked as Product Manager Intern at Amazon and as an Assistant Buyer at Macy’s.
On his return to India, he initially worked in the Business Development wing of Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd. In 2012, he founded a clothing brand called Bhane. He also owns VegNonVeg, India’s first multi-brand sneaker store.

- He is the MD of his family-owned company and India’s largest export house ‘Shahi Exports’.
- He is a fond of wearing ‘Nike’ shoes.
- He also received Entrepreneur Award in 2018.
- He is also very close to Pernia Qureshi (Sonam’s close friend and her stylist).
